Alternatively, you may request for pick-up service or on-site service.  (Subjects to product type)

Can I request for Canon product service and repair if I do not have a valid local warranty?

You can bring your Canon product to our Customer Care Centre for assessment. 
However, please note that the services are chargeable if you do not have a valid local warranty for your Canon product.

How much does it cost to repair my Canon product? Does Canon provide express service?
