When and why should I register for product warranty?
You can register your Canon product warranty online here. For online warranty registration, you will be given additional three months of warranty on top of the Standard Warranty your product entitled.
Can I register for company-owned product apart from my personal warranty account?
I encounter an error message that states “Inactive Account” upon warranty registration. I have tried to reset password as well, but nothing helps.
- Upon registering your Canon product on warranty site, an activation link will be sent to the email address you used to register. Please check your inbox or junk folder for the activation link. Click on the activation link to activate your Canon account.
- If you did not receive the activation link, kindly send the email address you used to register Canon warranty account to this enquiry form.
