You may drop-off used cartridges of any brand at the recycling bins at the following locations:

| Woodlands Library | Recycling Bin is next to stairs to auditorium |
| Jurong West Library | Recycling Bin is near the Level 1 Book Borrowing Station |
| Choa Chu Kang Library | Recycling Bin is next to the entrance |
| Harbourfront Library | Recycling Bin is near entrance, before the gantries |
| Bishan Library | Recycling Bin is on the left side of the library entrance, next to the Book Exchange Corner |
| Toa Payoh Library | Recycling Bin is next to Book Exchange Corner |
