We would like to announce the immediate availability of a Service Pack for iWDM which resolves phenomena with document data loss.
Affected Products:
iWDM V4.0 Workgroup / Enterprise
iWDM V4.1 Workgroup / Enterprise
Phenomenon:
The Service Pack addresses some issues including the ones below:
- When the number of files in one folder exceeds the upper limit, the document cannot be stored properly and data will be lost.
- If a document could not be stored normally, no error message is displayed
The following Service Packs are now available.
- iW Document Manager V 4.1 Enterprise Service Pack 3
- iW Document Manager V 4.1 Workgroup Service Pack 3
- iW Document Manager V 4.1 Client Service Pack 3
- iW Document Manager V 4.1 Workgroup Service Pack 2 for iW360 Version 2.0
- iW Document Manager V 4.1 Client Service Pack 2 for iW360 Version 2.0
It is required to upgrade to iWDM V4.1 for users of iWDM V4.0 before the service pack can be applied.
