Solution
The procedure for switching shooting modes is explained below.
1. Press the power button to turn the camera on.

Aim the camera at the subject. The camera will make a slight clicking noise as it determines the scene.
・Icons representing the scene and image stabilization mode are displayed in the upper left of the screen.
・Frames displayed around any detected subjects indicate that they are in focus.
You can make a short movie of the day (digest movie). Just by shooting still images, the camera will automatically record a movie clip of the scene immediately before each shot.

- For more impressive digest movies, aim the camera at subjects about four seconds before shooting still images.
- After the shutter sound is played, the image is displayed, and the shooter’s reaction to the shot is recorded as a 2-second movie.
IMPORTANT
- Sub-window images are not added to still images.
- Although names are not displayed on the shooting screen if you have registered Face ID information, the information is added to the images.
- Sounds and vibrations from operating the camera will be recorded in digest movies.
- Battery life is shorter in this mode than in [ ] mode, because digest movies are recorded for each shot.
