How to set Continuous Shooting (PowerShot G1 X Mark II)

    Solution


      You can hold the shutter button all the way down to shoot continuously.
      IMPORTANT
      • The following section explains the setting procedures when the camera’s shooting mode is set to [AUTO] ().
      • During continuous shooting, focus and exposure are locked at the position/level determined when you pressed the shutter button halfway.
      • Cannot be used with the self-timer.
      • Shooting may stop momentarily or continuous shooting may slow down depending on shooting conditions, camera settings, and the zoom position.
      • As more shots are taken, shooting may slow down.
      • Shooting may slow down if the flash fires.
      • Multi-area White Balance is not available. Similarly, [Hg Lamp Corr.] is set to [Off] and cannot be changed.
      • With Touch Shutter, the camera shoots continuously while you touch the screen. Focus and exposure during continuous shooting remain constant, after they are determined for the first shot.
      NOTE
      Continuous shooting cannot be set in the following modes:

      1. Press the power button to turn the camera on.

      2. Press the <FUNC./SET> () button.

      3. Press the <><> buttons to choose [Drive mode].





      4. Press the < ><> buttons or turn the < > dial to choose [Continuous] ().
      Press the <FUNC./SET> () button.



      5. If the icon for [Continuous] () is displayed on the left side of the screen, the setting procedure is complete.
      Hold the shutter button all the way down to shoot continuously.
