Only [Monitor Folder] can be selected in EOS Utility and images cannot be imported

    Solution

      The camera may not be supported by some versions of EOS Utility.
      Please update EOS Utility software using the CD included with your camera, or the EOS Utility software for your camera available for download from the Canon homepage.
      If updating the software does not resolve the issue, please reinstall EOS Utility. Procedures for reinstallation based on operating system can be found in the linked contents appearing in the Related information section below.
