Solution
When you record, you can use dual recording to record simultaneously on both memory cards so that you can use one of the movies as a backup.
NOTE
Dual recording is not available when:
- The recording mode is set to 28 Mbps LPCM (59.94P), 28 Mbps (59.94P) or 35 Mbps (59.94P).
- The camcorder is in [Cinema] mode.

*1 Recording on the sub card with exactly the same recording format, bit rate and frame rate as for the main card.
*2 However, 28 Mbps (59.94P) dual recording is not supported.
*3 29.97P recording is performed when the format for the card in the main slot is 59.94i, PF29.97 or 29.97P; 23.98P recording is performed when it is 23.98P.
Activating dual recording
To perform dual recording, the setting must be activated.
1. Set the power switch to <CAMERA>.

Drag your finger up and down bring [Dual/Relay Recording] into the orange selection bar,
and touch the button.
