Cleaning the transfer belt of the ITB unit

Solution
If the print quality deteriorates due to the transfer belt of the ITB unit being touched, clean the transfer belt of the ITB unit using the following procedure.
1. Move to the printer, then press 
on the control panel.
on the control panel. The Online indicator goes off, allowing you to specify the settings on the control panel.
2. Press

3. Select USER MAIN. using 
and 
, then press 
.
and , then press . 
The options for USER MAIN. are displayed.
4. Select CLEANING using and , then press .
and , then press . 
A confirmation message is displayed.
The message <01 CLEANING> is displayed, and the printer starts cleaning the transfer belt of the ITB unit.
NOTE
a. Cleaning takes approximately 130 seconds.
b. The cleaning process cannot be canceled. Please wait until it is completed.
5. Press .
