Issue
The following are probable causes when unevenness appears on the printout results. Follow the described instructions.
Cause and Solution
Cause 1:
There is a possibility that paper is too moist or too dry.
Remedy:
Replace the paper with appropriate one and print again.

Cause 2:
There is a possibility that the toner cartridge has run out of toner, has deteriorated, or is damaged.
Remedy:
See the following points and replace the toner cartridge that is almost empty with a new toner cartridge.

Cause 3:
There is a possibility that the printer has not printed for a long period of time.
Remedy:
Set [Special Print Mode] to [Special Settings 8] in the printer driver.

IMPORTANT
Normally, use the printer with [Special Print Mode] set to [Off]. Set [Special Print Mode] to [Special Settings 8] only when this problem occurs.
