Solution
1. Right-click the [start] menu and select [Explore - All Users].
2. Select [Start Menu] in [All Users].
3. Click [Programs] and then delete the [Canon] folder.

2. Click [Taskbar & Start Menu], [Advanced], and [Advanced] in this order, and select [Start Menu] in [All Users].
3. Click [Programs] and delete the [Canon] folder.
