1. Press [Menu].
2. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [1.PAPER SETTINGS], then press [OK].
3. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [1.CASSETTE] or [2.MP TRAY], then press [OK].
4. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [1.PAPER SIZE], then press [OK].
5. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select the appropriate paper size (A4, B5, A5, LTR, EXECUTIV or ENVELOPE for the paper cassette, A4, B5, A5, LTR, LGL, EXECUTIV, ENVELOPE or FREESIZE for the multi-purpose feeder), then press [OK].
- When [ENVELOPE] is selected:
Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select the appropriate paper size (DL, ISO-C5, COM10, or MONARCH), then press [OK].
- When [FREE SIZE] is selected:
Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [VERTICAL SIZE] or [HORIZONTAL SIZE], then press [OK].
Use the numeric buttons, or press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to specify vertical and horizontal sizes of the paper in millimeters (mm).
Available setting range in [VERTICAL SIZE]: 127 mm to 356 mm
Available setting range in [HORIZONTAL SIZE]: 76 mm to 216 mm
Press [OK].
Repeat the steps above to specify both vertical and horizontal sizes of the paper.
6. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to standby mode.
