Address Book Function (MF4380dn/MF4370dn/MF4350d/MF4340d Only)
Solution
This section describes the Address Book function. You can specify addresses using the Address Book function if you stored frequently used addresses in One-touch keys or coded dial codes beforehand.
You can also register multiple destinations as a group, and assign a One-touch key to this group. Registering a destination in One-touch keys or coded dial codes saves you efforts for entering destinations each time you send a fax.
You can use following three types of speed dialing to specify destinations.
| Description | Maximum destinations can be stored | |
| One-touch | The One-touch allows you to specify fax numbers by simply pressing a key. | 7 destinations maximum |
| Coded dial codes | The coded dial codes allows you to specify fax numbers by simply pressing a few keys. | 100 destinations maximum |
| Group dial | The group dial allows you to specify multiple destinations registered as a group in One-touch key. | 7 destinations maximum |
NOTE
- Destinations stored in the Address Book can be exported to your computer as a file, which can be imported into the machine. For information on exporting the Address Book, see "Import/Export Function (MF4380dn/MF4370dn Only)."
- For easy reference, it is recommended to print the list of recipients registered in One-touch keys or coded dial codes. (See "Printing Reports and Lists Manually.")
