Issue
<PAPER JAM/OPEN REAR COVER> is displayed on the LCD.
<PAPER JAM/OPEN REAR COVER> is displayed on the LCD.
Cause and Solution
Paper jams have occured in the machine.
Clear the paper jam, and reload paper in the paper feeder.
Clear Paper Jams
When <PAPER JAM/OPEN TONER COVER> appears on the LCD display, remove jammed paper from the inside of the machine first, then from the paper feeder if necessary.
