To use this software, your computer has to meet the following system requirements.
* Operation is not guaranteed on all computer that satisfy this environment.

Mac with one of the above OS preinstalled
CPU;
- Intel Core i7 or higher or Apple M1 chip or higher recommended
RAM;
- 16GB or more recommended.

- Resolution: 1,024 x 720 or more
4. Supported Image File
- JPEG : JPEG image compliant with Exif 2.2, 2.21, 2.3
- TIFF : TIFF image conforming to the Exif standard
* Images with vertical and horizontal sizes within the range of 400 to 9,999 pix, total number of pixels 65 million pixels or less are supported.
* RAW images are not supported.
- To start the Neural network Upscaling Tool, double-click the [Neural network Upscaling Tool] icon in the "Neural network Upscaling Tool" folder ("Applications" folder -> "Canon Utilities" folder -> "Neural network Upscaling Tool" folder).
- You need to subscribe to a paid plan to use the software. A Canon ID account is required.
Please refer to the instructions below on how to download and install the software.
Exit all other applications when installing this software.
1. Download "nnutm1.0.1-installer.zip" from the download page. Save the "nnutm1.0.1-installer.zip" file to a folder of your choice on your computer.
2. When the "nnutm1.0.1-installer.zip" folder saved to the computer is extracted, the "nnutm1.0.1-installer" will be generated, so double-click "nnutm1.0.1-installer.exe" in the extracted folder. Installation for Neural network Upscaling Tool will begin. (If the User Account Control window appears, follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.)
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
4. If the installation finished properly, the downloaded file and the "nnutm1.0.1-installer" file will no longer be necessary.
