Terms and Conditions of Pick Up and Delivery Service

 
  1. The Products which have on-site services are not available for the pick up and delivery service.
  2. Valid Warranty Card must be enclosed with the purchase receipt when sending Equipment to Canon for the Warranty repair.
  3. Services outside the scope of the warranty card and services for Equipment without a valid warranty card will be subject to our existing charges.
  4. An assessment fee will be imposed for the assessment of the estimated repair costs but such fee will be waived if repair is proceeded with.
  5. We reserve the right not to proceed with any repair services in the event our assessment reveals that the Equipment is no longer serviceable due to mishandling, repair by non-Canon authorised personnel and/or other factors within the exclusions under our warranty terms and conditions. In such event, the assessment fee will be charged accordingly.
  6. Defective Equipment or parts thereof may be repaired or replaced with comparable and/or reconditioned equipment or parts. All decisions made by Canon as regards repairs, replacement or issues relating to defects of either workmanship or materials shall be conclusive and you agree to be bounded by such decision(s). Any defective Equipment or part replaced shall become the property of CSPL.
  7. Equipment must be collected within 1 month from the date of our notification that the Equipment is ready for collection. We reserve the right to dispose of Equipment not collected within the specified period without notice.
  8. Repaired Equipment is accompanied with a 3 month (for Camera and Video equipment) or 6 week (for other equipment) warranty on defects in material and workmanship for the fault repaired, subject to our existing warranty terms and conditions.
  9. Equipment is sent to us at your own risks and we will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from or in connection with the services.
  10. We will not be responsible for the compatibility of the Equipment with any other products such as software and peripherals.
  11. Payment for services is by cash only and must be made upon or before collection of Equipment.

Printers (Inkjet/Laser Printer), Scanners, Facsimiles & Projectors

  • Per unit rate and only for equipment up to 20kg
  • Any re-attempt of pick up / delivery will be charged as per service required
  • Booking or cancellation need to inform one working day in advance

Monday to Friday
Time Slot: 10am to 5.30pm
- $23.98 one way, $43.60 round trip

9am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm
- $30.52 one way, $58.86 round trip

Digital Cameras, Digital Camcorders, EF/RF Lenses, Speedlites, Binoculars, Compact Photo Printers & Network Camera

  • Per unit rate and only for equipment up to 5kg
  • Any re-attempt of pick up / delivery will be charged as per service required
  • Booking or cancellation need to inform one working day in advance

Monday to Friday
Time Slot :10am to 5.30pm
- $16.35 one way, $27.25 round trip

9am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm 
- $21.80 one way, $42.51 round trip

Note:

  1. The service is only available within Singapore mainland.
  2. The pick up & delivery fee is based on per trip / item. 
  3. The pick up & delivery service fee does not include service of equipment.
  4. Cash payment is required when product is returned
