There is no sound when playing back movies on the camera (PowerShot N2)

Solution
In cases where there is no sound during playback, please try the following procedures.
If there is no sound during playback even after you have performed the procedures below, please contact a Canon service centers.
IMPORTANT
Sound is not played during movies if you mute camera sounds. To restore sound during movies, drag up across the screen. Adjust volume by dragging up or down, as needed.
1. Touch the screen to pause playback and display the movie control panel.
2. Drag up across the screen to increase the volume.

] to resume playback.

1. Press the <Power> button to turn the camera on.
2. Touch [FUNC.] and then touch [MENU].
3. The following screen appears.
