      The procedure for shooting in monochrome is explained below.

      1. Set the mode switch to < >, and then press the <Power> button to turn the camera on.



      2. Touch [ AUTO]. (The following section explains the setting procedures when the camera’s shooting mode has been set to [AUTO].)



      3. The following screen appears.
      Touch [ ] or [ ], and drag the screen vertically to touch [Monochrome].

      4. The following screen appears.
      Touch [OK].

      5. Choose a color tone.
      • Touch [ ], touch [ ] or [ ] to choose a color tone, and then touch [ ].
      • A preview is shown of how your shot will look with the color tone applied.
      Selectable color tones are listed in the table below.
      B/WBlack and white shots.
      SepiaSepia tone shots.
      BlueBlue and white shots.

      6. Shoot.
