If the Message <LOAD CORRECT PAPER> Appears
Issue
The message <LOAD CORRECT PAPER> appears on the display and printing is interrupted.
Cause and Solution
When <LOAD CORRECT PAPER> appears on the display, the size of the paper in the paper cassette or multi-purpose tray is different from that of the paper specified in <PAPER SIZE> for <CASSETTE> or <MP TRAY>. You need to load the correct size paper or change the paper size in <PAPER SIZE> for <CASSETTE> or <MP TRAY>.
Check if the size of paper loaded in the paper cassette or multi-purpose tray meets the paper setting specified in the machine. The settings to be checked vary depending on the function used.
•When copying or printing received faxes, check the following:
1. Paper loaded in the machine
2. The paper size specified in <PAPER SIZE> for <CASSETTE> or <MP TRAY>.
•When printing from a computer, check the following:
1. The paper size specified on the printer driver screen
2. Paper loaded in the machine
3. The paper size set in <PAPER SIZE> for <CASSETTE> or <MP TRAY>.
After checking the paper size, follow the procedures below according to your job.
1. Load correct paper into the paper cassette or multi-purpose tray.

NOTE
For reports or lists, set the paper size to <A4>, <B5>, <OFICIO>,<BRAZIL-OFICIO>, <MEXICO-OFICIO>, <GOVERNMENT-LETTER>, <GOVERNMENT-LEGAL>, <FOOLSCAP>, <LTR>, or <LGL>, and then load paper of the same size.

2. Load the paper in the same size specified on the printer driver screen.
