Issue
If you use [Windows Aero] and place the mouse cursor over [CanoScan Toolbox] on the taskbar, the following thumbnail image is displayed.
Once the thumbnail image is displayed, commands from the scanner buttons will not be accepted.
Cause and Solution
Restart the computer.
REFERENCE
This problem does not occur if you change the setting so that Toolbox is automatically closed after scanning with a scanner button.
