Solution
Click [Start] -> [Control Panel] -> [Appearance and Personalization] -> [Personalization].
To use [Windows Aero], click [Adjust font size (DPI)] -> [Continue], then select [Default scale] in [DPI Scaling], and click [OK].
To use [Larger scale], click [Window Color and Appearance] -> [Open classic appearance properties for more color options], select [Windows Classic] in [Color scheme], and click [OK].
