    Outline

    EOS MOVIE Utility is software for viewing movies shot on EOS 7D Mark II, EOS-1D C, EOS-1D X, EOS 5D Mark III, EOS 6D, or EOS 70D cameras and for saving a still image clip from such movies.
    You can also use View Assist for viewing movies shot in Canon Log gamma.
    In addition, you can merge multiple 4 GB movie files shot on EOS 7D Mark II and EOS-1D C into a single file, and save it.

    CF Card / Card Reader:
    - CF Card: UDMA7-compatible card's actual writing/reading speed is faster than 100MB/sec.
    - CF Card Reader: UDMA7-compatible card's actual reading speed is faster than 100MB/sec via USB3.0 connection.



    Recommended System Configuration: To preview playback Full HD clip, besides the required system configuration above, the following additional configuration is recommended.

    CPU:
    - Quad Core Intel Core i7 3.0GHz or faster

    CF Card / Card Reader:
    - CF Card: UDMA7-compatible card's actual writing/reading speed is faster than 30MB/sec.
    - CF Card Reader: UDMA7-compatible card's actual reading speed is faster than 30MB/sec via USB3.0 connection.

    SD Card / Card Reader:
    - SD Card: Actual writing/reading speed is faster than 20MB/sec.
    - SD Card Reader: Actual reading speed is faster than 20MB/sec via USB3.0 connection.



    Supported Models
    EOS 7D Mark II, EOS-1D C, EOS-1D X, EOS 5D Mark III, EOS 6D, EOS 70D
    - MP4 movie (EOS 7D Mark II) and Video Snapshot (EOS 6D, EOS 70D) are not supported.

    Setup instruction

    Please refer to the instructions below on how to download and install the software.
    Exit all other applications when installing this software.

    1. Download "emum-1-2-0-0-9l.dmg.gz" from the download page.

    2. Double-click "emum-1-2-0-0-9l.dmg.gz". After decompressing the file, "emum-1-2-0-0-9l.dmg" will be created.

    3. Double-click "emum-1-2-0-0-9l.dmg". The disk image "emum120" will be mounted.

    4. Double-click the installer, "EMUInstaller" in "emum120".

    5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
