A large diameter, medium telephoto tilt-shift lens that boasts of wide tilting and shifting ranges of ±10° and ±12mm respectively. The 90mm focal length lets you shoot from a comfortable working distance and achieve images with minimum distortion and compression effect. The lens is well suited for a variety of professional photographic scenes--not only is this ideal for studio portrait photography, the lens’ macro feature, which provides and increased maximum magnification of up to 0.5x, also makes it ideal for studio product photography. Features such as large tilt and shift knobs and a locking mechanism to prevent unintended movement add to the lens’ high operability.

The lens construction utilizes large diameter glass molded aspherical lens elements, which reduces distortion aberration to the maximum possible, as well as UD lens elements, which realize high resolution and contrast. These altogether result in a high image quality that lives up to the reputation of the L-series lineup. The use of new special coatings such as Air Sphere Coating (ASC) reduce ghosting and flaring to a large degree, and the 9-blade circular aperture provides smooth, beautiful bokeh quality.
