Canon Launches New imagePROGRAF TM Series Printers and MFPs
Introducing the first TM Series MFPs equipped with a built-in large-format scanner

SINGAPORE, 16 September 2026 — Canon today announced the launch of eight new imagePROGRAF TM Series models, comprising six large-format printers, the imagePROGRAF TM-5500, TM-5600, TM-5510, TM-5515, TM-5610 and TM-5615, and two multifunction printer (MFP) models, the imagePROGRAF TM-5610M (36-inch) and TM-5510M (24-inch). The imagePROGRAF TM-5610M and TM-5510M are the first MFP models in the series and feature built-in large-format scanners.

Utilising 5-colour pigment ink, the new imagePROGRAF TM Series models combine a compact flat-top design with intuitive front-access operation, making it ideal for a wide range of printing applications across corporate offices, engineering firms, small print shops, and other professional environments. The addition of new MFP models with built-in large-format scanners expands the imagePROGRAF TM Series' capabilities to support a wide range of printing and scanning needs, from digitising and copying architectural and design drawings to reproducing posters and signage for retail, restaurants, and educational institutions. The new imagePROGRAF TM Series uses a new matte black pigment ink that produces fast, high-quality drawings with sharp lines and clear text.

The imagePROGRAF TM Series' first MFP models with a built-in large-format scanner

The imagePROGRAF TM-5610M and TM-5510M integrate a printer and large-format scanner, while comparable in size to those of printer-only models1, making them compact and space-saving. With the flat-top design, users can place the originals on top of the MFP models for convenient copying and scanning.

The new built-in scanner uses advanced sensor compensation technology to consistently deliver high image quality and stable colour accuracy. By utilising sensors with light sources positioned on both sides, the scanner reduces shadows, wrinkles and creases in the original documents, enhancing the scan quality.

The preset function on the touch screen panel allows users to select the suitable scan mode for different document types like CAD drawings, blueprint drawings, and maps, ensuring optimal scan quality for each application.

With the 5-inch touch screen panel and user interface similar to Canon's multifunction devices, it provides intuitive operations and customisation of menu screens to suit users' business needs.

Crisp drawing reproduction and vibrant poster output

The new range includes a new matte black pigment ink that has an enhanced black density to deliver deeper blacks. This allows for high-speed printing of drawings that come with sharp lines and clear, precise text. As for poster printing, a new colour mapping technology maximises colour performance, achieving vivid colour reproduction and high-quality prints even on plain paper.

Use of recycled materials

Parts of the main printer body are made with approximately 5% recycled iron2 and 25% recycled plastic2.
