You may drop-off used cartridges of any brand at the collection bins at the following locations:

| Punggol Regional Library | Collection Bin is near ground floor escalator |
| Tampines Regional Library | Collection Bin is near 2nd floor borrowing kiosks |
| Woodlands Regional Library | Collection Bin is next to stairs to auditorium |
