Service Commitment 123 (“SC123”) Terms and Conditions
- SC123 is applicable to Canon’s imageRUNNER ADVANCE A3 multi-function devices.
- To avail services under SC123 customer must have an on-going equipment maintenance agreement with Canon Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“CSPL”).
- CSPL’s response time under SC123 will start upon issuance of case ID for service request.
- 3 months’ period for device exchange will start from the date of installation of the device and any such exchange will be done, at CSPL’s discretion.
- CSPL reserves the right to withdraw SC123 and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of any dispute, the decision of CSPL is final.
