What’s more, you can sign in as guest to use these features without the need to have a login ID and password. As the authorized representative of your company, you can sign up for eBusiness Portal account to access the full feature of Canon eBusiness Portal such as overview of device list information, view your printing devices invoices, service reports, bill usage and much more.

With Canon’s advanced Mobile Field Service System, we will allocate our nearest field engineer to you within 2 hours of your technical service request. Our field engineers are equipped with smart devices to give them advance knowledge of customer information and device issues, so that they carry with them the required tools and parts to resolve the issues more quickly and efficiently.

We are committed to putting our customer first, providing reliable products and exceptional services to meet your operation need. In the event where our devices do not perform up to the product specification, we will gladly provide exchange within 3 months from date of installation.

  1. SC123 is applicable to Canon’s imageRUNNER ADVANCE A3 multi-function devices.
  2. To avail services under SC123 customer must have an on-going equipment maintenance agreement with Canon Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“CSPL”).
  3. CSPL’s response time under SC123 will start upon issuance of case ID for service request.
  4. 3 months’ period for device exchange will start from the date of installation of the device and any such exchange will be done, at CSPL’s discretion.
  5. CSPL reserves the right to withdraw SC123 and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of any dispute, the decision of CSPL is final.
