If the printer was left powered on, power the printer off and on again. This will reinitializes all components in the multi- function device.
Clean the exterior of the device using dry cloth. For sanitization of control panel, please use alcohol- based sanitizer.
Fan the paper thoroughly or refill paper tray with fresh media, as paper left in the device may become moist, causing jam and blurry prints after extended period of device inactivity.
Image quality may be compromised when device is unused for a long time. Make a few test prints to check the print quality.
If required, users could perform adjustments or log maintenance by pressing the Setting/Registration button on device control panel.
