Where do I go for my complimentary product training?

You will need to register your complimentary product training here.
Training is conducted at Canon Imaging Academy.

Can I reschedule / cancel my complimentary product training?

You can reschedule or cancel your training date upon logging in to Canon Imaging Academy portal with your Canon account. 

Thereafter, click on Upcoming Events for the option of "RESCHEDULE" and "CANCEL EVENT". 

How do I know if there are any upcoming workshops?

Our schedules are updated every 14th and 28th of the month on Canon Imaging Academy portal. You may also follow us on our Official Facebook account for latest updates.

What are the topics covered in the complimentary product training?

We will cover the key features and how to use key functions of your purchased product to get you started with your new Canon product.

Thereafter, you can choose to dive in further on photography / videography at our paid courses conducted by Canon Imaging Academy Instructors.  You may check out the range of courses available on Canon Imaging Academy portal.

Can I bring someone along to the complimentary product training?

Due to the limited seating arrangement, each training  booking is catered for one person only. 

I would like to learn more about videography, how can I do so?

We have different level of videography classes tailored for those who are keen to get their hands on the art of Videography. Check out the classes on Canon Imaging Academy portal.  

How do I request for training for my copier?

We conduct hardware training on Canon copier for corporate customers.
If your company users require training on Canon copier, you can register here. We will confirm the training slots through writing. The first training is free and subsequent sessions costs $200 per session, each session lasts 1 to 1.5 hours. The training is conducted by Canon Customer Relations Officer.
