How to reach our offices at Fusionopolis Place, Galaxis

MRT

The nearest MRT station is one-north (CC23), on the Circle Line (Orange Line), exit via:

1. Exit D (Escalator)

Canon Customer Care Centre

  1. Exit at Exit D (Galaxis).
  2. Upon exiting the escalator, turn left following ‘West Lobby’.
  3. You will see ‘Galaxis West Lobby’ on your left, enter the glass door and take the lift to level 2.
    Take note the lift to Canon Customer Care Centre is only accessible during Canon Customer Care Centre operating hours.

Canon Main Office and Canon Imaging Academy

  1. Exit at Exit D (Galaxis).
  2. Upon exiting the escalator, turn right following ‘East Lobby’.
  3. You will see ‘Galaxis East Lobby’ on your left, enter and collect your access pass from the security counter at the lobby.

2. Exit B (Escalator)

Canon Customer Care Centre

  1. Exit at Exit B (Portsdown Road).
  2. Upon exiting the escalator, turn right into the Galaxis building.
  3. Turn right again after entering to Galaxis building, you will see ‘Galaxis West Lobby’ on your right, enter the glass door and take the lift to level 2.
    Take note the lift to Canon Customer Care Centre is only accessible during Canon Customer Care Centre operating hours.

  1. Exit at Exit B (Portsdown Road).
  2. Upon exiting the escalator, turn right into the Galaxis building.
  3. Turn right again after entering to Galaxis building.
  4. Walk straight and you will see ‘Galaxis East Lobby ‘on your left, enter and collect your access pass from the security counter at the lobby.

3. Exit B (Lift)

Canon Customer Care Centre 

  1. Exit at Exit B (Portsdown Road), the lift is on the right of the Exit B escalator.
  2. Upon exiting the lift at ground level, walk straight towards Portsdown Road turn right into Galaxis building.
  3. Turn right again after entering to Galaxis building, you will see ‘Galaxis West Lobby’ on your right, enter the glass door and take the lift to level 2.
    Take note the lift to Canon Customer Care Centre is only accessible during Canon Customer Care Centre operating hours.

You can reach our office by car: via the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE), take exit 8 to North Buona Vista Road. Turn right to Portsdown Road, then turn right to Fusionopolis Place.
