With six establishments to his name, including the well-known Wild Rocket and Relish, Willin Low is one of Singapore’s most recognisable restauranteurs. However, entering the F&B business was not something Low had planned to do initially.
Upon finishing his studies in the UK, Low spend 8 years practising corporate law in Singapore. At the time, cooking to him was just a hobby and a way to de-stress. But a revelation Low experienced one fateful day eventually led him to decide to swap his suit for a chef’s uniform.
