More than 20 years ago, Sebastian Tan had a vision of creating the leading production agency in Singapore. Now, not only has he achieved that; he currently has more than 120 employees working in eight different countries worldwide.
But as The Shooting Gallery evolves, so has Tan’s responsibilities. While he considers himself primarily a creative person, Tan now finds himself more involved in the management aspects of his company. With it comes a set of new challenges unlike those he faced during The Shooting Gallery’s early years.
