What is the most important factor with regards to print in your operations?
The key factor would be reliability. We operate 14 stores, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – naturally requiring reliable equipment to support the business. It’s not a want, it’s a need! And in this aspect, Canon has proven to be very reliable and is indeed a brand that we can trust. We’ve worked with Canon since 2016 and mainly use their multifunction printers, which are essential in our daily processes.
How else has Canon helped your operations?
Canon has indeed helped considerably in making everyone’s life simpler at COURTS! In addition to their reliability, Canon is very technologically advanced. We can do all our faxing, scanning and printing with one single machine. On top of that, their uniFLOW Online software helped us boost security through user authentication, as well as enhance user convenience as we can collect our printouts from any printer around the building. This also helped us reduce print wastage at the same time, making it a win-win!
