An Inspirational Morning

The recently concluded Think Big! Entrepreneur Convention 2011 held at the Suntec Convention Centre on 21st September drew a full crowd of almost 600 people spanning a wide range of ages. Hosted by Sarah Cheng-De Winne from 938LIVE, the half-day event featured a panel of distinguished speakers from industries such as consumer electronics, food & beverage and more.

Invited by Canon Singapore as guests speakers, MHC Asia Group’s Dr Low Lee Yong, XMI’s Barry Choo, Wild Rocket’s Willin Low, and Michel Birnbaum from iGlobe Partners each took turns sharing their invaluable experiences and insights on the ins and outs of running a business.

It was a thoroughly engaging session as each speaker gave their own unique take on entrepreneurship.

The topics discussed covered the entire entrepreneurial journey – from finding the courage and capital to start a business, to ways of innovating and increasing productivity, and finally, expanding your business.

During the Q&A session, the audience quizzed the speakers with several interesting questions that were enlightening and entertaining. They had the chance to mingle with the speakers, as well as each other, for further discussions too during the short intercession.

And to wrap up the event, Canon representatives were on hand to introduce interested participants to Canon’s comprehensive range of business solutions and the benefits it can bring to their businesses.
