We talked to Crason Ong, Senior Executive of Student Affairs to find out how Canon has helped to support the everyday processes at the SMA.
Canon’s service staff are exceptional – our dedicated Canon service engineer always has a smile on his face when he comes to service our machines. Whenever we face any problems, we can count on him to render help immediately. He even goes the extra mile in being proactive and asking us if we require any assistance with our documents or machines. This is a rare quality that we rarely see in our industry, and we really do appreciate how these service engineers go out of their way to give us a helping hand.
There was once when I was having an issue with my coloured paper prints – somehow, the colours just weren’t coming out right for me. A Canon service engineer that was doing his regular check-up and servicing for our printer was around and when I approached him for help, he stopped everything he was doing and came to help me immediately. Although his job scope is just to make sure all our printers are working and properly maintained, he went above and beyond to help me with my troubles, even teaching me something new so that I wouldn’t face the same problem in the future. Canon Service Engineers truly do all they can to solve our daily issues and we can’t thank them enough!
