We had the honour hear him share more on his company’s longstanding relationship with Canon, and how our solutions have helped ease his company’s daily processes.
Michael: We have had a long-standing relationship with Canon where we’ve used their services for many years, and I’ve never been dissatisfied with their products or services. What I appreciate the most is their efficient response time – they’re quick to respond to our needs no matter the situation.
Michael: Our IT staff are generally full of praise for Canon and I can fully understand why. I’ve personally witnessed the promptness and efficiency that the Canon service engineers exhibit. They always have a smile on their faces as well, which makes a big difference!
