For Corporate Customer, please indicate your intention when you place order for toner at our Service hotline, or you may send us an email.

Does Canon accept collection of toner cartridges upon delivery of Canon consumables?

Yes. Corporate Customers may return used Canon toner cartridges when a new order of Canon consumables is delivered.

Does Canon buy back or provide incentives for the return of ink and toner cartridges?

Project Homecoming

Project Homecoming was the first joint-brand initiative to bring ink and toner cartridges recycling to the community. The program began on 1 December 2011 and aimed to create awareness on the recycling of ink and toner cartridges, and to engage local communities to do their parts for our environment.

Notice

Project Homecoming has ceased effective 1 January 2022. Customers may drop off Canon ink and toner cartridges at our Canon Customer Care Centre. For recycling of other brands' ink and toner cartridges, please contact the respective brands for information on their recycling options. In the meantime, we are working hard on exploring additional recycling options for the community.
