Circuit Breaker Period Measures

Dear Customers,


With the latest government measures against COVID-19, please note the following changes at various Canon touchpoints from 7 April to 1 June 2020:

  1. Canon Customer Care Centre 
    • Operating hours remain the same:
      Monday to Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
      Saturday: 10:00am - 2:30pm
      Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays
    • Services:

      1. Product repair service remains operational for walk-in & pick up and delivery option
      • Temporarily Suspended:
      1. Free gift redemption is suspended, and a​​​​​​ll redemption period will be extended to 31 July 2020
        For purchases from Canon authorised dealers:  
        Free gifts/cashback to be redeemed at Canon Customer Care Centre.
        For purchases from Canon eShop:
        Free gifts will be delivered along with the purchased product, except NTUC Cash vouchers, which required to be redeemed at Canon Customer Care Centre.

  4. Canon offices are closed but business activities and operations continue with our staff working from home.

In view of the situation of the COVID-19 and in  accordance with recommendation by the relevant authorities, the following measures are put in place at Canon Customer Care Centre located at Galaxis:

  • SafeEntry^ digital check-in and temperature screening for all persons entering and re-entering the building
  • Health and travel declarations for all persons entering and re-entering the building
  • Following the temperature taking and declarations, the following persons will not be allowed entry to the building:
    1. Anyone who has been in contact with any person who is a confirmed case of COVID-19 infection in the past 14 days
    2. Anyone who has been in affected region* in the past 14 days
    3. Anyone currently having fever / flu-like symptoms ​​​​​​


To facilitate the temperature screening, access to our Customer Care Centre will be restricted to Galaxis West Lobby (via Level 1) only.

^SafeEntry is a national digital check-in system developed by GovTech, which logs individual's entry into a venue to speed up contact tracing efforts. 
*As global situation evolves, please refer to the latest notice from Building Management and/or Ministry of Health for updated list of affected region.
